Each participant must register with a unique email address. Duplicate registrations using the same email address are not allowed.

Please note that the City Tour will take place on October 19, 2026 (Monday) from 14:00 to 17:00.

DSA full-time staff rate is subject to verification. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, the price difference may be requested.

Registration is finalized after the payment of the registration fee.

Registration Fee Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received on or before August 20, 2026 (60 days before the Congress): 100% refund of the registration fee, minus any bank or credit card charges.
  • Cancellations received from August 21, 2026, to September 18, 2026 (59–31 days before the Congress): 50% refund of the registration fee, minus any bank or credit card charges.
  • Cancellations received on or after September 19, 2026 (30 days or less before the Congress) and no-shows: no refund.

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email to the Congress organizers kdsa@kdsa.or.kr, and refunds (where applicable) can be processed within 30 days after the World Congress.
